Mandate, offer, compromis: already filled. You approve. Keep your tools.

For agents and agencies — complement, not all-in-one portals

From viewing to the notary, already prepared

An AI agent for the day: matching, follow-up, pack to send. You approve. Your listings stay where they are.

What is real estate software?

Real estate software often covers listings, portals, prospecting, and deals. Vyro prepares the agent’s day: matching, follow-up, pack to send to the notary — you approve. Alongside the tool you already use to publish listings.

What Vyro covers (and what it does not replace)

The next step, already prepared

Matching, follow-up, notary pack: already ready. You approve in To-do. Not portal syndication.

Works with your tools

Keep your CRM, network tool, or Excel. Import contacts via CSV. Your listings stay where they are.

Visits & reports

Schedule the visit, capture the report (notes or local audio), mark completed — context feeds the draft.

Light listing context

Enough property / seller / buyer context to draft the right follow-up — without a full migration.

Email & SMS sequences

J+3 follow-ups, offer reminders, seller updates — with human approval before important sends.

GDPR compliance

Data handled in line with GDPR, consent and opt-out managed. Built for the European market.

Real estate software: frequently asked questions

I already have a CRM / network tool — why Vyro?
Vyro doesn’t replace it. It fills mandate, offer and compromis (network templates), then matching and follow-ups. SSP e-sign via your Yousign. Portal syndication and inventory stay in your current tool.
How does post-visit AI follow-up work?
After each showing, Vyro drafts a personalized follow-up (property address, agent notes). The draft lands in To do: approve, edit, or reject in one click. Nothing is sent without you — email, SMS, or signature envelope (Copilot mode).
Does Vyro handle portal syndication?
No — not in the complement positioning. A CSV export is available if needed; native syndication stays in your current CRM / aggregator.
Does Vyro send emails automatically?
In Copilot mode, not without you: every important draft is approved before send. In Autopilot, only sequences you pre-approved run automatically.
Vyro for independent agents?
Yes — especially if you already have a tool (network, CRM, Excel) and want secure post-visit follow-ups without a migration. Choose “Real estate” at signup. Solo from €29/month.
How do I start without migrating everything?
Import a CSV of contacts, create or import one visit context, capture the report, approve the first draft in To do. Goal: value the same day.
Does Vyro match buyers to listings?
Yes, on the listing page: compatible buyers (budget, area, type). Borrowing capacity is an optional filter, not a lending decision. The follow-up is a Copilot draft — you approve it in To-do.
How are SCIs, co-ownership and fees handled?
Seller parties are added from their contact cards (person or SCI). Each ID is ticked for the pack. Fees: draft → approve in To-do → mark paid. Cover-sheet amounts match.
Does Vyro file with Tracfin?
No. An internal AML checklist (source of funds, PEP) helps the agent. Vyro does not file with Tracfin and does not run screening.
Can I import a Century / IAD / Orpi CSV?
Yes, for contacts or listings. This does not replace Hektor or your network tool for syndication.
Does Vyro fetch cadastre, DVF and DPE?
Yes, as indicative records: BAN (address), IGN cadastral parcel, DVF comps, ADEME DPE label. Not the official diagnostic. Cadastre does not name the owner. These help fill the deal file; they do not replace the diagnostiqueur.
Free trial for real estate agents?
Yes. 14-day trial, no credit card. Sign up with the “Real estate” sector.
Real estate CRM vs HubSpot?
For viewings + SMS + approval, Vyro. For a general marketing CRM, HubSpot. The verdict lives on /en/crm-real-estate-agent — no extra generic landing.
Sellsy, Pipedrive or noCRM for an agent?
Sellsy = SMB invoicing. Pipedrive = generic pipeline. noCRM = light B2B prospecting. None is a viewing CRM. For mandates / approved follow-ups, Vyro (same hub).
Best CRM for real estate agent France
The best CRM for a real estate agent in France is the one that fills mandate, offer and compromis without a portal migration. Vyro complements Apimo / Adapt Immo / network tools: papers already filled + SMS/email + human approval, EU hosting, from €29/month. It is not a listings CRM and not a generic “best AI CRM” page.
