What is french sales mandate template?
Simple or exclusive mandate under the Hoguet law: price, fees, duration, and a clause outline to adapt to your network’s official form.
This is a clause outline for a French sales mandate (mandat de vente), not a form you can sign. The binding document is the one tied to the agent’s professional licence and, in a network, the network template.
What the mandate identifies
All owners must sign. The agent block carries the carte T number and the chamber of commerce that issued it. The property block carries the address, the type, and co-ownership lot numbers. The mandate has a number, a date and a register entry.
Price and fees
Write the asking price, the VAT-inclusive fee, and who pays it. If the public price includes the fee, the seller’s net is price minus fee. If the fee sits on top of the net, the buyer pays both. Use the fee calculator. The mandate and the listing must show the same scale.
Simple or exclusive
A simple mandate allows other intermediaries. An exclusive mandate does not. Both need a written end date. If an exclusive mandate is signed away from the agency, a withdrawal period may apply: do not advertise until you have checked that clause on your own form.
